PANDA WORLD APPAREL – RETURN POLICY


At Panda World Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:


- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

- The item must be in its original packaging

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:


- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

- Gift cards (if applicable)

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

If approved:


- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us using the details above.


Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
